I can tell you that Toggle Mobile's free incoming in tons of countries (and foreign virtual numbers) seems really attractive. I have ATT's unlimited international data plan and while I like the Apple ecosphere, the notion of it and a roaming SIM in slot two is real attractive. Think about the possibilities with a data driven callback app (even Google voice) with this. Basically unlimited calling in how many countries? I like Apple's ecosphere, but the Galaxy and the Moto G dual SIMs are pretty tempting.
