We stayed at this property March 13th in order to visit Disney World. The low price for a nights stay reflects in the way the hotel is run by the employees and management. The pool had not been cleaned in quite awhile so the kids ran all around the pool area screaming and yelling until 1:00 am. Unfortunately, the parents, staff, and security did nothing to stop this behavior so all hotel rooms facing the pool were kept up.

I requested a room that was recently renovated and the room did have a new shower/tub and laminate flooring. The room did need a through cleaning with new furniture and linens. The toilet continued to run unless the handle was shakined.

I spoke with the Assistant Manager Dee about the kids screaming and he verified that he was aware of the issue because other customers had already complained. He stated that security should of handled it and not his staff. I will never stay in this dump again and recommend others to spend their money on a better hotel.
