I consider $400 to be slightly expensive but not crazy. The top St Regis/Park Hyatt properties go for $600-$1000/nt on a regular basis.

I guess the Ritz Carlton is your best bet. I've my eye on Hong Kong and I haven't seen the RC Central Park for less than $900 per night. Otherwise I've found the JW Hong Kong and the London, Paris, Rio and New York properties most expensive.
