You have been to the coffee region, you have been to the thermals of Santa Rosa de Cabal so you also would have gone through Pereira and Dosquebradas to get there. Remember the yellow helicoidal road?

Back to that in a minute.

From Cali you could do a day trip to a sugar cane plantation (Paraíso and Piedechinche)

Further south, you can go to the traditional Guambiano Indian market at Silvia (Tuesdays only)

Carry on from there and have a night in Popayán (It's gorgeous)

Back up north. the first place you come to is Armenia, from Valle de Cauca you know you have entered Quindío department because everything suddenly becomes more beautiful. Stay in a finca near Caimo or Pijao and do the coffee farm tour at San Alberto in Buenavista.

Butterfly farm at Calacrcá is worth a look in too. Driving around Quindío is driving around a crazy person's garden.

Go stay in Salento for the night and walk the amazing Cocora Valley the next day.

There you ran out of time already

Happy travels
