Visting the wife's family in Colombia next month, instead of sitting around and drinking Pokers all day long, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on intersting things to do in this part of Colombia.

Some things I've done:
La Union - the vineyard/winery
Buga - the basilica and the water park
Cali - the zoo, Christ statue, churches, discos in zona rosa, probably every mall
Risaralda - the termales santa rosa
Tulua and andalucia - this is where her family is from so I've probably seen everything here
Random areas - been fishing, swimming in rivers

We haven't gone up to the coffee region which I heard is nice, anyone been to the park they have there? Haven't been to Armenia or Pereria, not sure if there is anything interesting to see there? Camping in Lago Calima, but wife said it is not safe to swim in the lake, not sure how true that is?

We are spending ten days there so I am interested in anything that will get me out the house
