But i would not pay more than 400-500 usd for it. And as premium economy will be less than 50-60 seating its more likely to have someone to be bumped up.
Why? It's probably cheaper to buy miles off others at 40-50 cents per mile unless they do something special to their premium economy cabin. The cabin may just be a carbon copy of the current BR or CX one since they are trying to fit 350+ seats. If they have anything to the standard of TK or NZ then I will ^ them and actually take flight in those cabins.
