My understanding is that KVS uses screen-scraping functionality so there's no partnership between BA and KVS. Expertflyer's tools are based on linking into the airline's systems and as such requires a partnership agreement with each airline or alliance. It does not have an agreement with BA.
If that's not right I'm sure others will correct me?
