I am still a very immature EXP but I find the offerings of AAdvantage to be much superior to MP but real tedious to come by.

And AA does not offer IFE or free booze on all TPAC routes. I had to use my EXP privilege to get free liquor on the PVG service. So the difference is there but it isn't all that great.
