There is no outside viewing area that is easily accessible, unfortunately. The best I've been able to do is shooting through the large windows in Terminal G at the planes parked at gates or starting their push-back. As stated above, you can shoot, again through glass, planes taking off or landing from Terminal 3. The "stub" part of T-3 where the commuters used to park has the best view down at the very end.
