Well Certainly I can read english above a 5th grade level which should allow me to read most airport signage. However will this type of service help expedite someone through immigration and customs que or will they just lead a person to the que to wait in the scrum like everyone else.
Bottom line would there be any real time savings at PEK with this service and is it remotely worth the $$
