I get SEN might have some valuable benefits, but there's really no extra value for any mile over 100k credited.

What rules? Limited segments? Geographic restrictions (3 region award)? Penalty for changes/cancellations for elites? 2 day advanced booking restriction? Two stopovers are nice though, if you can get them.
SEN companion means you have to still spend 300k miles for 2xF to Asia. That is HON level earning territory. And good luck to get those two stopovers to maximize value if you can only do integrated carriers.
