As the OP correctly pointed out, MH staff always play victims and point fingers to colleagues or even fictitious colleagues to get rid of the customer and return to their favourite activity "doing nothing" or as little as possible. Every time i fly with them i still wonder how they are still rated 5 star airlines....
Actually I think the attitude is not only on MH (ground) staff in KLIA. I personally think most of the staff (or people work) in KLIA is very unmotivated and seems we owe them money type.
Just give another perspective
