Seems strange that you would choose to fly through KUL when there are direct flights from SIN, let me guess .... its the cheapest fare you could find ? When you pay peanuts, you get ......
One question that I wonder. MH only has 1 flight from KUL to KIX, so if there is delay on SIN-KUL flight that means the pax has to wait for another flight which is 24 hours from the original schedule.
I wonder why MH did not even offer the passenger to fly out of SIN next day instead? Assuming the pax is based in SIN.
