Yup. I believe that the number of blocked seats might be borderlining on "excessive"?

Even on popular routes between SIN-HKG, I've seen blocked seats on their system even up to final check in but ended up being empty on the flight.

Booking through a TA means any changes must be made through them right? Think I've read somewhere in their T&Cs that if booking was made through TAs, any changes have to go through them. I'm a little adverse to having little control over my flight changes.
