I have applied for the Amex hh card, was approved and spent the $750, received the 50k bonus points.
Now I was trying to upgrade to the surpass (I tried while being logged in and I had to login again) and it came up that they can't approve me for the upgrade.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Is it too soon? Because it's before my statement closed
