As other have said, Light Rail is the way to go. But it's essential that you pay for your ticket BEFORE boarding the train at the ticket machines as you cannot purchase onboard, and they do spot checks on the train sometimes. From Seattle, the train only goes one direction (toward SeaTac Airport), so don't worry about boarding the wrong train. There is only one choice.
Not exactly correct. From the LRT station near the Amtrak station, LRT trains run in both directions...to the airport as well as north into the heart of downtown.
