Yes... I got the card in Dec 2013 - 35k miles with 1st spend. Spent $300 asap. Then in March, spent $4. That's it. My husband opened the card at the same time, but has not received this offer, at least not yet. Sounds like a great deal, but I'm so busy meeting the spend on the AA exec cards, I may not be able to do it!! At least I don't have to start trying until April!
