The Amex Platinum was mentioned as an option... there's an Ameriprise version of that card that has all the same benefits (and barely any cobranding, just a little logo on the back) that can be had with $0 annual fee for the first year, including up to three additional card members.

I recently obtained this card, and successfully used it to enter Skyclubs.

So, $0 AF, $200 reimbursement for airline expenses (keep in mind that's a benefit per calendar year, so you get $200 now and another $200 after Jan 1st), $100 reimbursement for Global Entry, plus the rest of the platinum perks.

It's a pretty good deal.
