My only question is at what point will USAA get squimish? I'm fairly new to this game as well and USAA is my primary bank. I've heard of the "don't sh*t where you eat" theory but I'm wondering anyway.

I've also seen the Vanilla Visa's at the PX. I didn't know if they allowed CC for purchase.
