Alternatively, ring a service centre and ask them to append a note to the booking saying "Will only accept op-up to CW, not WT+". That should pretty well guarantee no op-up.
Ha ha! Actually though, being offered and op-up and turning it down has its risks. My husband turned down an op-up, only to fine that his original seat was gone.
