After calls to both personal and business reconsideration lines I was approved for both. The only thing I needed to do was move credit lines around on exisiting Chase cards (United ME, CSP...and Ink on Business ($58,000 total). Business line had a few questions about the business (rental property). Both agents confirmed the 50,000 pts bonus after $2k spend in 3 months each.
