Seriously though, a lot of people making payments don't always drag a phone along with them.
Meh, I always have my laptop with me anyway (and logged into Google with hourly backups of the backup codes to another machine). Pretty difficult to lose that accidentally.
It is a bit of a pain to enter yet another password of sorts though.
