Regarding the printing of meal times on menus, Carfield is usually meticulous with documenting menus verbatim. On this CX841 menu, it looks like the meal times have been printed: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/22492328-post38.html

At least CX is now warning you that there is a mid-flight meal.
