So, you wouldn't get scrambled eggs in a VGML, but technically, they wouldn't be off-limits for a VLML.

Mind you, I don't know what the contents of either are, as I've always gone for AVML (and the coach AVML out of the US is extremely good, if anyone wants to know. The coach AVML out of NRT is OK, but not nearly as good as the one out of the US - go figure!) I was thinking of mixing things up and trying something different.
I was actually trying to be funny with some random guess but I am shocked I got the 'vegetarian" part correct and that it was meal related! " LOL!

Sorry, but I haven't had any vegetarian meals on any plane but I'm certain someone will be able to answer your question soon! This forum is awesome!
