I am an A List Preferred, with CP. I have two one way standard awards which expire in 6 days. Is there any way to try to salvage those? The flights I could take are unavailable with legacy awards. I tried the trick from last year of transferring to A+ on AirTran, but they no longer extend a year, they retain the current expiration, and then transferring back is of course the same thing. Any ideas? I was told by AList C/S to call the main # in Dallas and ask for an exception to get them converted to points, but it just rings and rings...any ideas would be appreciated!
