My thoughts exactly. Charge a resort fee and include parking and internet - fine. An additional $30 for parking?! Would anyone NOT drive there?

When FS Scottsdale introduced the resort fee a little while ago it at least included self parking, which is fair enough, although i'm sure that used to be free.

Maybe this is standard now. Dove Mountain has a Daily Resort Activity Package (!) which is $48 and includes valet.
