I'd encourage reporting this to United. Whether they take liability or not, they have a list of all the people who were in the KIX lounge pre-flight. It can't be that long of a list.
First of all, there is no UC or other United-operated lounge at KIX. UA utilizes a contract lounge at KIX.
Second, I'm not sure how having a list of 50 or 100 passengers who were in the Asuka lounge at some point during the day would do
anything to assist in the retrieval of OP's laptop.
