+1, this is why I think DL is short sighted and will drive JFK/SFO/LAX based elites to other options, esp if they fly these routes all the time.
But, the kicker as always with DL is if upgrade inventory exists. DL seems to never open these up.
As I posted earlier today on another thread for JFK-SEA specifically the OP availability is quite good and mileage upgrades and GUCs/SWUs can clear right away. Tomorrow and Thursday 2 of the 3 flights were available when I called in this morning.
