Soon, anything that is not mandated by the FAA or DOT will cost extra. I sure hope the FAA mandates lav access. Though I bet they don't mandate whether DL could offer "priority lav access" with an Amex card wherein kettles would think they can go to the lav first only to find out they are in the 5th group that will be allowed into the lav. Or offering upgrades to potable water.
