Lets be realistic. I'm a NYer, who walks everywhere, and I would never say the Sheraton and Avis "about a block away". The closest Starwood/SPG property is the Four Points.
That is not a block, in addition, you would still need to walk around parking lots.
Just look at Google maps.
Well, depends on whether it's a short block or long block. Sheraton to Avis is about 10 minute walk, but yes, definitely longer than a "block", short or long.
