There are plenty of hotels (in other chains, anyway) in the general area with free parking (there even used to be one with the phrase "1 blk Disneyland" in its name, though that phrase was bit misleading), but perhaps the ones that have it are a bit further away from a walkable entrance, I dunno. (I never actually go to Disneyland so I'm nut sure which intersections have walkable entrances.)

In fact, most of the hotels I'm familiar with that do charge for parking in the Anaheim area are much further away, like the cluster around Harbor Blvd near Chapman in Garden Grove (HGI/Hampton/Ebasssy, Marriott Suites, Hyatt, Sheraton, etc).

And what I meant was free parking for verified guests. Obviously, many of the hotels on Katella that have free parking for guests require them to put stuff on the dash.
