Well, you've got two of them! As for the U.S. carriers, from what I can see of the available schedules, Delta used to operate a DC-7 milkrun down from Atlanta but its DC-6s were by then relegated to smaller cities north of Florida. National had retired its DC-6s by then, United was all jet into Miami (720 and 727) and Northeast's props stayed north of Washington DC. Pan American was all-jet with 707s and 727s and possibly 720s serving Caribbean and South American destinations. Panagra had retired its DC-6s by then and Panair was shut down in 1965.

That leaves Aviateca and Ecuatoriana. Two down, six to go!
continuing the Latin American guesses: Aeronaves de Mexico, LACSA (Costa Rica), LAN Chile, and Mexicana might be among the DC-6 operators into MIA in 1966 ...
