I wouldn't swap 63J for 63B on an overnight flight. 63B has a sheld at the end preventing you stretching your legs in bed mode, whereas 63J does not. For me that makes the difference between the two. 63A and K are equally mediocre seats so wouldn't have a problem swopping those.
