I've been wondering about this myself. I am EXP (no loss in status) and for the past few trips (at least 5+ now), I have NOT been getting the TSA PreCheck on my BP. This is flying mainly between JFK/LAX. I know the process is random, but I do find it odd that I've gone this long without getting it...
