I'm sure that if the OP is polite then the switch of the aisle seats shouldn't be an issue. I've moved from a reserved seat on several occasions to similar seats, never really bothered me! Indeed I once moved seats to help out cabin crew with a particularly difficult family who were causing a bit of a scene and as thanks got moved from business to first as thanks (not on BA, but a middle eastern carrier.) Sometimes it pays to be helpful!
