B56~ CSC at DEN was closed today - OO rep processing my bump said that they didn't have enough agents, so pax were directed to the phones that connect to res, or to the UA CSC at B39 (had about 50+ in line).
Not sure if this is a trend, but something to be award of if you need assistance near the UX gates..
