I've used the one just after passport control a few times and was never very impressed, although there are worse ones. Every time I am at VIE I resolve to go to one of the other lounges, but as these are in the Schengen part of the airport, it means a longer walk to the gate and a possible hold up at passport control (though I have not personally experienced this in VIE), and in the end I have always going back.
It is also the telephone shouting lounge capital of the World except that they are all doing it in German. You can be reclining very gently to one side with your tongue hanging out of your mouth, as one does, when the bloke beside you suddenly shouts out at the top of his voice "Ich bin in der lounge!!!"
