So, are you trying to get miles flown on AA credited to TAM, or miles flown on TAM credited to AA? I can't tell.
- Ticket is booked by agency exactly as Passport Name
- Unfortunately on Passport the LN is merged with MN i.e. MN + LN instead of FN + LN
- An error that is next to impossible to have Brazil Authorities fix easily (at lease for now).

But, this has not been an issue with all the other carriers listed.

Yes, the gap is between:
Name on Ticket: (FN) (MN+LN)
Name on FF Account/ Card: (FN) (LN) - (Although MN is there in the AA System in the (MN) field)

This kind of MN + LN combination or FN + LN combination issue has not caused any issues on other airline systems, hence the concern.

You mentioned TAM which belongs to *A, could it be that he got the miles credited to a *A carrier? // How could we credit AA flights to a *A carrier?
When the tickets where purchased, to which FF program was the flights credited to? // Ticket was purchased by Employer's Travel Agency. Flights have did not credited. That is the issue.
Under what program or OTA where the tickets purchased? // What is PROGRAM / OTA? Please elaborate?

I do not suggest opening another AA account in order to get miles credited, just stay with the old one, however make sure that the account name matches the passport name.

Typically getting credit for flights flown all it takes is just sending the record locator and flight details to AA, along with the AA # for the credit to be applied. It usually takes about 2 weeks, sometime less. I presume that you have already done the online credit miles request on AA,

I suggest sending a letter to AA with the details. Something is missing on your request which is probably causing issues.

Good luck.
Yes, its the PASSPORT, TICKET, FF Name mix up of fields - FN MN LN (as I have explained above). This has not caused issues ever before for other FF programs.

Who, how and where would be the best way to connect with regarding this matter? Generic email/ letter destination would get lost given the issue here.
