Yes!

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked cheapest, got club room.

How are the rooms?
Very large (45 sqm?) rooms with "fresh" colors. Fast internet. Large bathroom. Poor soudproofing (the hotel is next to the airport expressway)

How is the exec. lounge?
I didn't have time to visit.

What was good and what was bad?
Good
- Upgrade, rooms are really nice
- Staff is trying very hard; there were five people checking me out and escorting me to my driver
- Lobby lounge is nice
- Great fruit plate

Bad
- Many foreigners at "Lido" area.

Value for CNY or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
For location, this will be one of the most expensive IHG hotels in Beijing. It's an excellent choice if you have to be in the area and certainly better than the hotel East, Metropark or the Holiday Inn Focus Square.
I won't return, I don't like the area and rather stay at the IC Beichen (or the Holiday Inn Focus Square).
