I flew into Orlando on 3/7 at 9pm and couldn't believe how long the lines were at the Budget counter. Fortunately, I had changed my reservation from Budget to Alamo when the Coscto rates for Alamo dropped below Budget. It would have taken at least 2 hours and there appeared to only be 2 agents and no express option.


I have found service at Budget airport locations to be lacking compared to other rental companies.
