The Springhill Suites is right on the corner of Katella and Harbor.

Saw it last week when I was staying at the Marriott. It is still a frame and would be shocked if it is ready in September. The sign on the fence actually says "opening Summer 2014".

There will be a CVS on the ground floor per the banner. Half the rooms are right on Katella (and I mean very close to the street) and would expect them to be quite noisy.

Bottom floor are made of steel/concrete and the upper floors were being made of wood only for the frame.

They are building it right in front of the Jolly Roger Hotel. It is still there.
