We buy our guys gift cards from Walmart with a preloaded amount they purchase gas at the Murphy gas stations. I get points for loading the cards, they can't spend more than what is on there and no credit issues.

I suspect you could do the same with other gas station cards or you could always purchase VISA or AMEX gift cards.
