Hi,

£650 all in for MAN -LAS is reasonable. I would check the rouitng as LAS is an easier airport for customs and immigration if you got MAN-LAS non stop on Virgin or MAN-LHR/LGW-LAS.

If you have to connect in the US then the first point of entry is where you will need to clear customs and immigration and some airports are reportedly worse in terms of time taken ( ie JFK sometimes gets a bad report)
