Does your receipt not have that information? If not then I would let BA know.
When I found that info, I asked the receptionist to call the number, which she did.
It was only that evening talking to another guest who had also booked transfers, that I found out they were given a docket type piece of paper with the instructions to re-confirm written on it, we didn't get that so had to go a bit more round the noises, plus make a phone call from a UK based mobile.
It's not a huge deal, I'm just unsure whether to contact BA or not as this May be an issue for other guests who may not have access to email whilst away.
