Advice please [BA Holiday airport transfer]
Hi all,
I've just returned from a holiday booked as a BA holiday. We pre-paid for airport transfers both ways when the booking was made.
The day before we returned, I realised we didn't know what time the taxi was collecting us so spoke to the hotel receptionist, who wasn't able to suggest anything other than to speak to BA. Initially, I could only find a London number, which she refused to call. I managed to the. Get the BA number in Cyprus & spoke to them, after 10 minutes on hold, I was given more information. Anyway, the phone call was made & our taxi time confirmed.
However, from speaking to another guest, it seems we should have been given some kind of docket giving details of how to contact the taxi company to arrange our collection time. We didn't get this so had to sort this out ourselves.
So my question is, it is worth me sending an email to BA stating a more succinct version of the above to see what they say or just put it down to experience & move on? If nothing else, it might be nice to get the cost of the phone call back, although I don't know yet what it cost me.
