The purser did take my Skymiles card and came back to tell me that 15K miles would be issued. For those that have experienced this, how long is reasonable to wait before calling/emailing for follow-up.
Same situation to HNL. Miles never posted after waiting several weeks. Tweeted @DeltaAssist and they showed up quickly.
