Resurrecting this thread rather than creating a new one. I had a similar experience on a recent TATL BE flight with IFE issues but the promised miles have not posted almost two weeks after the in-flight issue of the compensation miles. The purser did take my Skymiles card and came back to tell me that 15K miles would be issued. For those that have experienced this, how long is reasonable to wait before calling/emailing for follow-up.
