Didn't check out the booze section, but I did have a glass of red wine, which was passable.
The menu contains a duck noodle dish and shrimp wonton soup and has been this way for 2 years. Also there's no 'bar' in the PG BRL nor have i ever seen a plastic covered example.
It sounds to me like you're referring to the TG F lounge.
