There's lotsa serviced apts like the CP10 except newer - Adelphi Suites, Fraser Suites, Shama Sukhumvit, S31, the Column, Amari Residence etc. Probably my favorite is Adelphi Grande on Soi 39. Big rooms, great pool, good gym, pretty quiet soi, 100m from a Tops grocery store, & 200 from Phrom Phong BTS & Emporium Shopping Center. Outta your list, I'd go with CPT21. Best deal I've seen lately was the Park Plaza for $55/night (ai) for my dates the end of the month on Booking.com. No kitchen or washing machine though.
