The new United should lower its fares then. Many times United is not the cheapest. They provide much worse service than Asian airlines which have a much better soft product and hard product especially compared to the outdated 787 BF I flew. The Asian airlines can be much cheaper but provide full service.

I flew IAD to DXB and the FAs in coach were embarrassed and gave free drinks and said UA always had free drinks to Asia in coach before they merged with CO.
